It's pretty simple; within 14 days of your purchase date, no worries. If your voucher hasn't been used and isn't expired, your full refund is guaranteed.
However, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, you can expect a refund only if the business cannot provide the service advertised in our offer. Of course, you'll have to make sure your coupon hasn't been used and isn't expired, too.
It's also important to note that no refund can be given on an expired coupon. Nevertheless, if your coupon is expired, it will still hold its purchase value (the paid price and not its promotionnal value), and will be exchangeable directly from the business.
